"We order pizza from the strathpine store at 6.24pm it was delivered at 7.04 with 2 of 3 pizzas incorrect and our children don’t eat it we ring to complain and were told we got out order wrong ( pretty sure we know our pizza order) we finally got told they would re mark out pizza and deliver to us again but we will have to wait another 30-40 mins for it as they are very busy! And do not eat the pizza as they have to take the pizza back! Absolutely disgusted In the service I got so now we have had to wait over hour since we order to feed our family"
"It was mothers day (evening) and I needed to get something cheap and quick. Mum wanted pizza so Dominoes was my first choice. Normally I get delivery but I thought I’d come in and pick up tonight. "Dominos have a real issue with delivering the product at their quoted special prices. If it isn't a holiday surcharge , it is different price because only on certain pizzas. They need better clarity on why it is different. If the poster says $28.50 ...it should be $28.50 not $40.25."
