"The rooms are older but clean. The two bedroom I stayed in had a nice balcony and lots of room. There was shampoo and conditioner but no hairdryer or much else. The apartment washing machine did have sachets of laundry detergent. I didn't have an issue with cleanliness like some. Bathroom had a smell from the drain but I suspect it was because it had not been rented out for a bit. I ran the tap and shower to refill the drain and that fixed it. Very handy to lots of stuff. Great for trip to Southbank or city"
"The apartment was decent enough value and communication with the venue was satisfactory. Only annoying this is they advertise free parking when you book, then when you arrive claim it's not actually free ans charge you an additional $10... which us a bit of a scam. It state on the booking com it's included and rather even have an advert in the windows of the venue claiming its free. Apart from that it was a pleasant stay but not a fan of the flash advertising and cash grab when you turn up"
"Do not recommend at all, from the minute I walked in you could see how dirty it was…. Dirt and dust everywhere, couch and carpets were incredibly stained the showers leaked out onto the bathroom floor was pointless even putting the bath mat down, the showers had mould in them you felt dirtier after showering, balcony chairs were falling apart, there is lack of some to no maintenance, opened the dishwasher to was my little ones bottles to find mouldy dishes in there with a horrendous smell, spoke to reception when checking out they couldn’t care less all they could say was oh sorry !!! Absolutely gross"
"This is a very well located apartment building. The units are very nice and spacious though the one we got was very very noisy (a generator of some kind was just under the unit). There is no disabled/pram ramp and instead there is a small lift to avoid the stairs that lead to the entry. It was not working in november when we stayd there with our 8 month old baby and it is in the exact same condition now (6 months later). Keep this in mind if planing a stay with a baby or have reduced mobility cause they advertise as wheelchair accesible and its not true (you could go through the garage but that makes you walk much more everytime you go anywhere)"
