"Rooms are all very outdated for $300 a night. Bathrooms are newly renovated, but shower contains mould. Kitchen facilities were found lacking. And the toilet brush in the room was filthy. Unknown smell permeating from drain. Overall bad experience."
"The third time I've stayed here. Love the location - close to Roma & Central stations and downtown Brisbane. Rooms are nice with balcony. View of Brisbane & Tower (across the road see pic) Hotel supplies plenty of tea/coffee with decent size mugs. Friendly check-in staff."
"We went down for a medical appointment, so it was the perfect location for our needs. The staff were great, absolutely awesome service. Sadly, the room was a huge letdown, and we will not be back because of it. The bed was horrific. We didn't sleep for the 2 days we stayed because of all the springs digging into our bodies. The mattress should have been replaced years ago. The curtains were stained and disgusting, as well as the chair in the room. I refused to touch it. It was that gross. The hotel was a mixed bag. Our first night served some of the worst food we have ever eaten, while the second night wasn't too bad. The desserts were the worst part of the meal. It isn't somewhere i can recommend with so many other hotels nearby that provide better value for money. The stars are only for how great the staff were."
"An older place, the rooms were very run down but the renovated bathroom was nice. Unfortunately the carpet was a trip hazard and peeling up and the fridge wasn't working well. The staff were very friendly and helpful which was nice. Note for parking, it's only 1.9m clearance It's a popular hotel, so book in advance or it may be hard to get a room."
"Easy process with booking and checking in. Was looking for a reasonably priced inner city hotel and this fit the bill comfortably (got a good deal via one of the major travel websites). Lovely views from the apartment, room was fitted nicely with new bathroom and decent standard extras. Will definitely check out again when next in Brissy."
