"Avoid at all costs. Had major maintenance issue leading to health concern and did nothing. No response to multiple emails or phone calls. Vita, flat out lied to me about it. Said "Plumber not calling her back. I can't force him to call me back". I asked for his number and got him within 5 minutes. Plumber said Vita never told him there was an issue. We were denied adequate care and maintenance purposely for over 7 days. Vita is rude and a liar, do not do business with this company."
"We leased an apartment for a year! We received the place in terrible condition (wall scratches, dirty carpet, missing blinds, no bulbs in some rooms). Therefore, we had to prepare our own entry report with pictures and videos (which I recommend to everyone who live in this place, even the smallest scratch they will try to make you pay for it). Finally when we decided to move out, the management team tried to held a big quantity of our bod through unfounded claims. That’s why we had to take this to further instance with RTA, after a period of time without getting an agreement (they didn’t even tried to mediate or reconsider the amount) we took the final decision to take the case to QCAT. After a few months finally and with all competence and professionalism the magistrates took a decision and gave us our full bond back. (Based on the obvious reasons that they were trying to charge us with unjustified and biased claims). Conclusion: Terrible management team, abusive and advantageous with international tenants whom may not have an idea about Australian laws in terms of leasing system. Note every problem on your apartment and put it on the entry report, take pictures, videos and send your own report (this will safe your bond at the end of the lease). And if even after all this they try to keep your bond, take the case to further instances. (Justice is fair when you do right). Thanks!"
"In 2019 I left The Vue Apartments, and the administration was changed from Eric to the Asian group. They stole my bond because My hubby and I were on holiday in Adelaide, The covid19 came out and we couldn't be able to go back due to the borders being closed. Our leasing agreement was closed to end up and we decided to transfer the leasing to our friends. We had noticed them (the administration), and the manager (Vanessa) immediately call us saying we'll lose 2 weeks of our bond because we didn't transfer the lease physically, we explained our conditions and they didn't care. They called it as "abandon of property" Later, they said there were "reparations" to be done which wasn't true and they will keep the total of our bond. They never gave us a callback, we send a lot of emails with no successful answers. I attached the emails that I sent at that time. My experience from that is never ever will rent a unit where that administration group is there, and The Vue apartments became the worst place to live. "Poor management, no people skills, and no consideration for residents. I forgot my key inside my apartment. I am in front of the reception on business hours looking at all the staff after requesting help and no one can help. Can help, of course, but a 120$ fee to just to go up the elevator and open a door. I have never seen and dealt with a real estate agency like this. This is not the first time that we have problems here. Emails and general conversations with management are in a passive aggressive tone. Simply rude. It is upsetting really because we like the building and location. However, management is extremely poor."
"So far, so good. We moved in about 1 month ago. On-site management have been great. Ana is lovely to deal with. She is professional, polite, and friendly. The facilities are great. We have access to a swimming pool, spa, sauna, and small gym. Common areas are always well maintained and clean. I haven't moved out yet, so cant comment on the bond return process. Only negative is that the bin chute is quite small, so you will go through a lot of small rubbish bags, or spend quite a bit of time taking rubbish bags down to the basement. Not enough to remove a star though."
