"Previous property managers Kat & Doug were amazing! The units were always looked after and the blocks were always clean. Then a new property manager Marcus took over, and he has no idea what he is doing. Has lied and given false information leading me to getting refused from a new property, which I will be taking further. Not to mention the apartments are all overpriced for what it is and are all cheaply made, had so many issues with my unit in the 2 years of living there."

"Dont want to mention about how bad this whole property is being looked after! Especially not getting the proper cleaning. But our cage downstairs broken into and couple of items were taken. Asked Marcus if he can check the footage for us!!! Couple.of times through messages and emails. I guess he doesnt care!!!!"

"The shame about NEO North Lakes is that the apartments are beautiful, the facilities are beautiful and it's location to restaurants, shops and public transport is as good as you could possibly hope to find. The MASSIVE MASSIVE MASSIVE downside on the complex, which for me was a deal breaker are the On-Site / Live-In managers, Douglas & Katrina Honeywill. Instead of just going about their business and maintaining the complex and keeping a low profile they are constantly of a power trip to try and assert "how much power" they have - which in reality is very little. I moved into NEO in 2015 when Leigh, who was a lovely lady was manager. She was then succeeded by a man whose name escapes me but he was only here for about 6 months. Living here from 2015-2018 was an absolute pleasure, it felt like home and I couldn't have been happier. Then in 2018 Douglas & Katrina Honeywill took over the managing of the complex and to say thing went downhill from then on is a massive understatement. Instead of keeping a very low profile and being humble like Leigh was when we moved in, the Honeywill's are power hungry, they have little person syndrome (not literally because Katrina is as big as a brick outhouse next to a two story unit complex). I lasted some 218 months but after constantly being threatened, harassed and bullied by this insignificant couple - always via email - NEVER FACE TO FACE AS THEY ARE TOO COWARDLY TO ACTUALLY CONFRONT YOU, I'd had enough. If you do decide to rent an apartment at NEO North Lakes I can't stress enough that you do it through a third party Real estate agency and not through the managers, unless you want to have your head done in by their constant harassment. It's a great place to live but read my words. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT RENT A UNIT THROUGH THE HONEYWILL'S UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE OR YOU'LL UTTERLY REGRET IT!"

"We were one of the first people to move into Neo 5 years ago. We absolute love it here and we are so close to all the amenities and walking distance to most. Over the 5 years we have had several managers and all have been good but we have found Doug and Katrina to be excellent. They always make themselves available for any queries or problems and are very obliging and efficient. The outside areas are kept clean and tidy and the gardens well looked after. If anyone is thinking of moving into Neo apartments we can highly recommend them. David and Mavis Clegg"
