"Great place for you and your family! 4 years myself my husband and 2 kids lived in the complex with no problems whatsoever.great Manager who always made always a tidy place and very professional with a warm welcome everytime in conversation! As I've said, never had any issues. Highly recommend!"

"Do not move here. Since Richard left as the property manager it has become a horrible place to live. Management do the bare minimum and are only interested in assisting landlords. They ignore emails, yell at you on the phone, and won’t give a straight answer about anything. They watch you outside of office hours which is really unsettling. Manager parks in ‘car wash bay’ for lengthy periods of time the same day as issuing breach notices for tenants doing the same thing. Such a poor excuse for management, someone clearly lied in their interview."

"DO NOT MOVE IN!!!. I would not recommend anyone live here. The units are poorly built, they let black listed people in, no garden maintained is done, takes ages to get any maintainence done on the units, manager are not to be trusted had one tell me to get internet installed and told I would be reimbursed by the owner's then they changed their mind after and said the owners didn't have to, agreed to a 6 month extension except they changed the end date didn't tell us when we signed. All in all not a enjoyable experience living their"

"Management are avoidant an unorganised. They are refusing to return Bond to me as an old tenant even after new tenants have signed contracts and are moved in (for over a month). No reciepts for bill payments or for rent. Would not recommend this service and prepare for your money to be stolen. Currently getting RTA to access actions. Relatively low income as well so be prepared for endless domestic issues."
