"My partner, baby and my self were in one of the townhouses for about a year and three months, and if I'm being honest, Stanley Street Villas are the worse townhouses in Brisbane! Management were hopeless and rude. It took them 10 months to fix the guest bathroom!! I'm not kidding you! 10 months! When the water was running it would leak under the flooring and drench the carpets and left a bad smell for months on end. Our garage door broke twice and it took them months again to fix that. Not worth renting out here. Save your time and find somewhere else and increase your budget."

"New property management are completely incompetent. Alloying some residents permission and special exceptions for some residents to park their own vehicles in the visitor car parking spaces everyday!!!! Parking spaces THAT ONLY SHOULD BE USED BY VISITORS ONLY! VISITOR CAR PARKING SPACES THAT SHOULD BE SUPPLIED and available TO ALL RESIDENTS WHEN THEY HAVE VISITORS! Visitor parking spaces THAT WE ALL PAY FOR WITH OUR BODY CORPORATE FEES AND RENTAL payments are used every day by people that are not visitors and are regular people that are living in the complex while Management are turning a blind eye! Nothing but a bunch of empty threats via usless emails that most people ignore! I call for Management to be replaced ASAP Management are too busy looking after owners of the properties not the tenants that are paying off their mortgages. Body corporate are hiding their details and because of stupidity many problems that Management are not fixing is only going to continue.."
"Lived in this complex now for 4 years, find management to be very good. Only problem is people down the back always have to many cars and park anywhere they like so Debra is always at her wits end trying to keep the roads clear. 4 years ago it was not such a good place.The gardener is always out and about doing something to keep the complex looking good. but some of the tenants and their kids don't care and trash the place.Negative comments come from negative people, you could always move."
"Recent change of management, now the complex is poorly managed and dodgy. The only good thing about this place is the cheapish rent but even then it's expensive for what you get. Repair requests are often overlooked and when repairs are done they are never done properly. I've been waiting for months to have my oven fixed and still not done. I do not recommend at all."
