"Stayed here for a year. Linen is supplied weekly. Rent then was $155 per week excluding Wi-Fi (extra $5 per week). For a historic building it is very clean. Kitchen is well appointed and shared as are the showers and toilets. Off-street parking is provided with undercover parking provided for an extra fee. Meals are no longer provided as council requirements meant expensive upgrades to the kitchen. Men only accommodation. John the caretaker is extremely friendly and helpful. Some rooms can be a bit small however all have their own full size fridge and furnishings. Overall it's the cheapest boarding/guest house in Ipswich with no bond required. Suitable for 30+ ages."
