"Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for one night a health and safety hazard!! Curtains look as if they have never been washed, drain in the bathroom floor broken and rusted away shower hose broken, dust and mould on windows and ceiling around air conditioner ducts, TV furniture table wobbly and hole in back of sofa with foam exposed, no doors on cupboard in bathroom no toilet holder or soap holder in one of the bathrooms The common area as one enters into hotel not a good look not sure when last cleaned if ever very dirty ?urine stains the foyer is beautiful but even the steps need a vacuum. Dead flowers in vase at reception which I took and put in bin. Certainly not value for the cost of the stay."

"Adequate rooms, carpet was bare in places with a big stain. Mould in shower. One champagne glass to drink red or white wine. Postage stamp TV in bedroom. Old TV in lounge which was not clear. Tired space really. Rollaway cot needed to be put in bin. Lovely receptionist bought us another mattress so our daughter could have a bit better sleep. Really, charging for a 3rd person and providing that bedding is really not on!!! Also only 1 key provided which proved very frustrating as we all had different agendas! Would think very hard before staying there again!"

"This hotel is a budget apartment and not a hotel. The rooms are not serviced, reception is permanently closed and the rooms haven’t been upgraded since the 80s. Definitely not worth the price compared to what else you can book in the area. The TV also shines a light on you in the bedroom and there’s no door on the bedroom so all the lights from the surrounding office buildings come through the blinds at night."

"I would never stay here again. I considered moving to a new hotel but it was too late at night. I provided the below feedback to the hotel months ago and got no response. There were a number of broken items (door handle, hairdryer) and dirty marks on furniture (ironing board, sofas, chair). There was also a weird smell throughout the corridor and in the room, like an old food or a musty uni hostel smell. I understand it's a very old building but it's very easy to replace basic furniture or provide room spray in each room."
