"This hotel is beyond disgusting. The room was so dirty, hairs everywhere, stained benches, stained carpet, crumbs everywhere, smelt like mould. We didn’t even stay the night, it was that bad. They won’t even acknowledge a complaint, won’t give a refund or manager won’t call me back about it. Don’t ever stay here."

"I don't know who does the positive reviews on this place, but our stay certainly wasn't! We stayed in room 123, the walls are poorly patched and unclean and need repainting, the mirror wardrobe doors and tracks dirty, bathroom needs a good mould cleaner through it, carpets are stained, air conditioner didn't work, needed to wash the dishes after they'd been washed in the dishwasher, had to boil the kettle to wash the dishes as no hot water in the kitchen, intermittent hot water to the bathroom in the morning but none in the evening, poor TV reception, no lighter to light the gas stove, no microwave dishes to cook in the microwave, dirty frypans and saucepan, broken ironing board, unstable dining table. I could go on, and actualy sent an email listing the above and more, and received a generic reply about how they believe in providing exceptional service at competitive prices. A clean and functional room would be a good start! Don't stay here, we won't ever again."
