"The location is convenient for the RBWH and showgrounds. I have stayed here multiple times as I am an outpatient at the hospital. The rooms are big and good value for the price. However, I have had hit and miss service. One receptionist was lovely. However, a few have been downright rude. Every time I've stayed there I have been told the car park is full. On my last stay, I asked if I could park temporarily to unpack my car. I was told it was fine, but then returned to a note on my car telling me I'm illegally parked and to move it immediately. The salt in the wound is that one of the guest carparks was coned off all night and was still vacant in the morning. This time, I also found half eaten food in the couch. I will most likely stay here again because of the convenience. But if my next stay is the same or worse, it'll be a 1 star review, and I'll walk a bit further."

"A four star hotel they must be kidding who gives this award? This place is located on a 6 lane highway next to a hospital car park with our apartment for views on the second floor. Mercifully there is a bit of green in a small park across the road. The Brisbane hospital is on the highway. At 200 dollars a night. I think we got the hospital sheets freshly limp discoloured. The beds are queen size sponge cakes waking up partners all night with shaking. No water pressure in the vanity basin, the shower took for ever to come hot and then it went, up one down in water temperature. Honestly who is running this place. My disappointment started on arrival at level two, with about 7 oil stains on the corridor carpet out of the lift. I reported to staff who said they would clean it. Nothing after 5 days staying too long here. Save your money it’s cheaper and better value in a 2 star motel."

"If you want to sleep soundly at night don't stay here. Its 100% our own fault we had a function to go to and this was super close but we did not even see the hospital across the road when booking (our fault) we stayed for 2 nights and I could not wait to leave, yes the windows block out some but helicopter pad is right there, sirens, idiots on the road etc if you're a light sleeper go somewhere else, as I said not their fault BUT what is their fault and to be looked at is the giant black hair on the end of the counter as soon as we walked in, the smell of a closed up room which was fixed by opening a window, the unusual layout of the space, super low TV unit that if you didn't watch where you were going you would stub your toes, lamps were in weird spots especially the one in the lounge room which was nowhere near a powerpoint, marks all over the wall, no face washer, 6 tiny milks for 2 days, the hallway to the rooms have gross spots everywhere so your first impression is this was you get out. The car lift was cool, thank goodness you're shown how to use it though but it was fun. Not somewhere I would stay again, as I said its our fault for the noise but it certainly could be cleaner."

"Our room was clean and has everything we needed as a family of 4. It is spacious too and it was a bonus to have 2 bathrooms and a washing machine and dryer. One terrifying thing happened in the night. There was a of person shouting loud in the hallway. There was a massive fight at around 02:30. Very aggressive. I called the after office hours number. It woke is all up and my kids were extremely scared. It took a while to got someone on the phone, but that was because multiple people rang to alarm the manager on site. We did not feel safe at all as we didn't know what was going on. And it was almost right in front of our door. But the police came in almost immediately and handled it perfectly. The next morning we were greeted by the manager and she was such a professional. She apologised immediately and explained the situation. She took me serious when I told her how scared the kids were and was very understanding. The way she pro actively approached us, made a massive difference. She explained the police and fire department has a masterkey and have access to the building. Although in her 7 years, she never had to deal with something like this. It is normally quiet and we believe her. The way the manager feel for her guests also says a lot. We feel comfortable to stay here again in the future."

"Stayed here recently and was very happy with our unit which was more than comfortable for the three of us with two bathrooms, full kitchen, separate lounge etc! Check in was a breeze, hanna at reception genuinely cared for us and the room was clean and functional. We,ll definitely be back!"
