"If I could give a zero I would and I will tell you why. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in life. Every single I am in there and I visit every fortnight sometimes every week there is one lady in particular stationed at the counter at the front to the side of the store to the right as soon as you walk in. She is short wears black glasses and has short red hair. She is always just chatting to other staff and not engaging to and with customers and today she was at the counter just chatting away with with a guy behind the counter in a black polo shirt and black pants. She barely looked at me she just said the the price of the item and still not looking at me gave me receipt and continued to chat away. I have never been treated so rudely in all my life. Has this woman heard of customer service? Has she been through customer service training at all? She needs some serious attention in this area."

"Really good service from the manager. (Forgot his name) I have been to 5 pharmacy for a prescription medicine. This pharmacy is the first one and only one trying to call my doctor for any replacement and since the doctor has finished work, he then go 2nd option to call other pharmacy for brain storming. He finally sorted the problem,. A good pharmacist would really help the business."
