"Location was good for what we needed. However- you advertise daily housekeeping but rooms are NOT serviced on weekends. We were only informed on arrival Friday night. Room had only half a roll of toilet paper for 5 people for 2 nights, kitchen has no oven mitts and nothing to cook in the oven with. Oven didn’t actually work and reception didn’t answer us… Disappointing. Unfortunately lots of road noise and wifi kept dropping out."
"Location is great, close to Sunnybank. Strip mall across the street with a small market and restaurants. Room is clean with your basic amenities. Good value for money, not sure why so many negative reviews. Reception is not staffed 24/7."
"We chose to stay here for availability of a 2 bedroom apartment at good price and near to where we needed to be. The The rooms have concrete block walls which failed to block out noise from trucks on the busy road but were very effective at blocking the free wifi - we could only use it when sitting at the front window. We also had an issue with smoke alarm beeping through the night due to low batteries. Staff were not helpful or attentive to this problem and after 1 week still never came to replace the battery. The room had all the basic amenities we needed, including full kitchen but didn't seem super clean."
"We paid a bomb to stay here and it's very basic. There's a pool, but there's no shade beside it. The mattress was a bit grubby, and I found that out because the sheets barely fit the bed. The hair dryer didn't work. On the plus side I learnt from my mother in law about food delivery slots in old country motels. I should also say the staff were very helpful and nice."
"I got put here for a business trip. The room itself was okay. It is very dated with a stained desk chair but the bed and bathroom are clean. Here's where it really went wrong: - the AC has a mouldy smell - my room's key card reader died after hours. NO ONE ANSWERS the after hours number on the reception door. I got stranded outside for 40 minutes and had to resort to knocking on the neighbour's door to confirm i had the correct phone number. He told me there should be someone in the room next to reception. I go to knock on that door and I am greeted by a young lady and man. I told them I've tried calling three times but no one answered. The lady admitted she should've answered the phone but it was on vibrate and she was just in her own world! What's the point of having an after hours number if you don't assign someone responsible and mindful enough to answer it?! I mean fair enough if it was in the middle of the night and they were asleep (I could forgive that) but it was 9:15 pm and they were cooking with loud music in the background!"
