Quest Eight Mile Plains

"Turns out the advertised "1 King, 2 Singles" on website means 1 king OR 2 singles. Since our booked room was made up as a king my son and I were offered an upgrade to a 1 bedroom apartment. Nice. "That'll be $30 extra". Not so nice! And the $17 "à la carte breakfast including your choice of coffee or one juice, items such as smashed avo, bacon, eggs and toast" is a $17 credit for the cafe up the road. The cafe is very good and we shared the $22.50 big breaky which was HUGE. The room was spotless, comfy beds and the double glazing kept the road noise right down. Housekeeping forgot the shower amenities but we'd brought our own so didn't bother calling down."

"Same day booking. Staff were amazing, especially Hayley. We were told we were getting two beds, this was not the case on arrival. Hayley made the beds without a fuss. I told her we had car problems and without even asking she got us phone numbers and addresses for the closest mechanics. I cannot stress enough how much of an asset Hayley is to the quest business. I would highly recommend Hayley be commended and rewarded for going above and beyond every expectation. To you personally Hayley, I want to thank you for your exemplary care and professionalism during our stay. Thank you kindly."

"5 stars for thr room and location but 0 star for the customer service. The staff was so rude. I forgot to pay my additional charges and they forgot to ask me as well while checking out. They called me that my credit card was declined I said I have enough money you night have wrong details. I said let me find my card please give me 10 minutes ill come to the hotel or call me in 10 minutes because I was traveling and the card was in my bag, she started yelling saying she needs the card details right now so I had to rush looking for my card. Very poor customer service."

"Good for business but there is no room service. You are best to order through Uber or door dash etc Complimentary coffee in reception area that I didn't see until check out."

"I stayed here in April’23 and must say that with the standards of hotels/motels in Australia (pathetic for what you pay). This is so far a very great place for some extra $s… extremely happy with the cleanliness and tidiness of the rooms… i booked two joining rooms for a family of five..and everyone was super happy… at least at the end of day we returned from our trips and cooked some home food.. everything is perfectly placed here and you to use the washing machine and kitchen at you convenience.."
