"It’s insane how we only stayed one night and they still wanted a $200 safety deposit straight away yet they won’t release that money back to you for 7-10 days… all the while they invest it as soon as they’ve got it and refund you in their own time, typically when they’ve profited from that investment. Prime example of the greedy people who run this overly commercialised company. Although… Beautiful apartment in great location… Unfortunately you could not comfortably lounge on the couch as it felt like you were in a straight jacket when sitting on it as it was so hard and stiff. Not the comfiest bed either. Barely any utensils, hardly any pots pans and other kitchen and cleaning supplies you would find in an apartment. Had to pay $25 a night for parking when the small apartments are already priced ridiculously. Wouldn’t return or recommend to anyone as the place is just overpriced and underwhelming. Impractical kitchen lucky we only stayed the one night because god help us if we stayed longer…"

"Brisbane One is so close to the amazing West End restaurants - a wonderful place to eat and drink. Rooms were comfortable with all of the amenities needed for a self catering stay - lovely view and service was great - would highly recommend."

"Wonderful stay at the 3 bedrooms apartments. 2 of my friends who stayed in the same apartment fully agree as well. Apartment had great views, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. Locations was great, abt 7 mins walk to convention center and 5 mins walk to Westend Coles and Woolsworth Supermarket! Reception staffs were very friendly and helpful"

"I have to give this a low rating because of my own experience & expectations. I booked a room here to recover from abdominal surgery, and these apartments had the facilities that I required for that specific purpose - or so I thought. The bed was comfortable, and the location was great. I will say that. However, the couch was almost unusable. It was hard and very small for 2 people to "lounge" on. In saying that, you couldn't really lounge in the apartment anyway unless you enjoy watching free to air TV. There was no netflix option or Chrome cast to watch any of your own streaming services. I've stayed in highway motels that have that option before.. The amount you pay for these apartments you should be able to enjoy a movie with your travel companion. Also, the kitchen was a big reason I wanted to stay here because I wasn't able to eat regular food post surgery, but there was no fry pan? Only 1 soup pot to use on the beautiful gas stove that was there. There were no oven trays available, so you couldn't use the oven either. You were stuck cooking everything in a soup pot, which, in my opinion is super weird. I was only there for 4 nights so I wasn't going to justify buying a pan. There were heaps of random items missing from the kitchen, which made cooking difficult and, therefore, the reason I've given my review. Unfortunately for my circumstances the apartment wasn't good enough & I probably wouldn't stay here again for the price that I was charged."
