"Booked our stay 4 months in advance. A few days before arrival the motel cancelled and no explanation was offered other than 'can't honour your booking'. Left us with close to no similar options on Easter Friday."
"The room was filthy, absolutely disgusting. We ended up contacting another hotel directly and leaving to stay there. There was no kitchenette as advertised. There was strange sticky marks over the TV. The back of the TV was covered in dust. The aircon was caked in dust and terrible for my asthma. What appeared to be blood on the wall. Mould along the base of the curtains. A dirty toilet that had the "Hygenically cleaned and sealed" strip over it...seriously?. A tiny basin in the bathroom with a note above to "make sure dishes are done and your room is tidy", you could barely fit a coffee mug in that basin. I've been trying to find a positive regarding this accommodation, but I simply cannot. The room was a major health hazard and should be reported to the relevant authorities. Absolutely disgusting and nothing like advertised. I have a large number of photos and videos of the room. I would like to get our money back due to the absolute disgrace we've seen. Will never stay there again. We're lucky there was another available accommodation in a nearby area that was suitable (and worlds apart in cleanliness!) (We got a $35 credit from Booking.com after reporting and providing photos of the atrocity)."
"Cheap, basic accommodation with no frills. Some issues. The room was mostly clean and tidy, but the AC was so noisy it rattled the doors and windows all night. Very old decor...but the staff were nice. Is fine as somewhere to crash (as long as you don't need AC!)"
