"I have stayed at this property a few times over the last couple of months and while the property is basic, the stays have been relatively pleasant. This last visit I was put in room 210. It was absolutely overrun with cockroaches. I saw at least 20 over the course of my 4 night stay. They were everywhere in the bathroom, even crawling over the headboard when the lights went out. The window was cracked and had a small bit of silicon to hold it together. It made the room louder and colder than any I had stayed in previously. The tap was so loose it felt like you’d pull it off when you turned it on and it was so loud it freaked me out even using it. To top it off I had a drink in the mini fridge and when I went to drink it it was frozen solid. I can’t recommend anything about this stay and will not be returning, which is a shame cause it’s a convenient location for my needs. Do yourself a favour and stay anywhere else."
"Do not, I repeat, do not come to this hotel! It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in my entire life. We stayed here for 5 nights, and each day brought different surprises, as follows... 1. The room was never cleaned in the five nights. No towels, no tissues supplemented. 2. The room equipment was small and dirty. There was even water remained in the heater. 3. No hairdryer and no iron provided. 4. The breakfast was like charity; cereal, jam, and cream were all opened, not individually packaged. We had to ask them to refill the coffee machine with water to make coffee, and the bread had to be requested for replenishment. When asking for a refill, they only brought 3 slices. Coffee cups were always unavailable, and when asked to provide some, they only gave us two cups. On the fifth morning, there was no bread, and when we asked the front desk, they said, 'no delivery.' So there was no breakfast to eat, and the neighboring guests were clever enough to buy their own toast from a supermarket lmao. 5. Every night after returning to the hotel, we didn't dare to go out again, and the mood was heavy just thinking about returning to the hotel. 6. The sink was so small that washing hands would make the entire floor wet. 7. Every day, the reception desk was deserted with the iron gate pulled down. 8. The microwave and the dryer was extremely dirty. 9. The toilet paper was recycled, making it extremely uncomfortable to use. 10. The internet signal was highly unstable and difficult to use. This is the worst place I've ever stayed in my life... and there were many other awful things. I can't remember all of them right now, but I strongly advise against visiting this hotel!"
"Please don’t stay here. It is filthy - just because it’s a budget doesn’t mean it should be dirty. There are two fundamentals to choosing a place to lay your head, and pay for it - it should be clean and you should feel safe. Neither of those things apply here. It wasn’t just dust, there was hair, blood and remains of sick on the floor. The carpets throughout are disgusting. The toilet leaked (from the waste pipe) onto the bathroom floor. The walls are filthy, it smells and the doors locking are questionable (this is an overview of TWO rooms we had). The two members of staff that dealt with our problems (& overhearing we weren’t on our own with issues) we’re really really nice. I actually think they probably feel embarrassed working here. Ibis needs to close this down and start again. I feel upset that they are actually taking money from people and allowing this to continue to be a hotel with their name on it! The booking was in another name just for arguments sake."
"We were hooked up with a room for our layover after the airline changed our bookings. I would never come here willingly. You can make your own choices. Nobody at reception, despite our calling ahead. Tried the intercom 9 times before we got an annoyed response. Of the four rooms allocated, we got keys for 3, only 1 of which worked. When we called again, after about 6 more attempts, we were let into our rooms with the master key. None of our keys worked so we were contained to the room, else we get locked out again. Really just needed a shower and a place to sleep. Bathroom light did not work. Shower was a tiny curtained off corner of the bathroom, little to no water pressure. It says online, free wifi for all guests. Wifi is in the common area, password is not supplied. "Ask staff for help" says the in-room guide. Needless to say, after the ordeal that was getting inside, this review was posted using my mobile data."
"Guy at reception was great but owner is a rude Indian fella. Was in room not 5 minutes and fire alarm went of because of kettle, air conditioner was beyond filthy, prison cell would probably be bigger, shower leaked through wall and under bed. Spend a few more dollars and go elsewhere. A Thai tin shed hotel would be better."
