Originally a timber milling business, Tommy expanded his enterprise to include sugar cultivation, rum distillation, and even grape and olive plantations. Today, his legacy lives on in the form of our iconic estate, complete with a commanding hilltop family home.

When it comes to accommodation, we pride ourselves on offering serene and spacious Deluxe and Executive suites. Each room is beautifully appointed and boasts its own unique styling, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay for our guests.

Join us on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30am to 2:30pm for a truly delightful dining experience.
