"The manger of this store is hands down the worst person I’ve ever met, I asked her where I can get chips and she started yelling at me for no reason called security and the police on me I still showed respect cause that just who I am, the police and security told me to not worry about you and agree I don’t nothing wrong. She’s completely disrespectful and has no manners. After I asked for the manager she starting yelling foaming at the mouth saying she’s the manager and she doesn’t care about anything I have to say. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and this lady is abusing people for no reason and shouldn’t hold the title of manger not working in customer service. If there’s anyone I can report this to let me know. Absolutely disgusting behaviour."
"I would like to point out Ms. KATE MUGAMBI. Are you serious? I was right there at that place when all these occurred! Are you now calling out loud as you have a client, which means you work as a carer! Firstly, why did you deny that day to the manager that you are not the carer & now publicly blaming the staff! What a nuisance you are doing! I was there when the incident took place the attendant didn't ask you about the muffin you client wanted to order. The attendant was waiting for your so called client to come at the front and speak up, because ideally front desk is the order taking desk. You can't simply just point out any food and expect the person taking order understand. Secondly, the attendant didn't directly asked you about dining in or take away ; the attendant asked you so called client twice and not getting any response from your client, the attendant out of courtesy asked you. That time your response was harsh & rude, to which attendant replied politely that she is just asking, instead you started showing off your harshness on her. None responded you that time as everyone was busy with their work. You yourself again after sometime you came back with a really fake attitude and insisted forcefully to talk with attendant, when the manager came in between to defend the staff and you started yelling to prove yourself right! Who are you kidding! Initially, you argue about calling yourself carer then you argue about asking you a question when you accompany your sp called client! For your information, let me tell you if you work and care for your client you are supposed to look after and respond and be extra cautious, which you were not, while placing the order! Responding to worthless argument was necessary to take a stand for a person who was right & true would be a correct thing to do! The owner, the manager and the staff are really outstanding! I would mention that the manager herself is very well multitasker as well as the staff is decent and courteous. However, many people often tag them as being rude!! Seriously, if a employer or employee take a stand for themselves or don't prefer to tolerate nuisance of others, then it's not being rude or outrageous. It's called self respect of the one working! If people expect to be treated well they shouldn't forget that the person standing opposite to them is a human as well & they also deserve to be treated well. Illegit, indecent behaviour & irrational argument with the workers should be discouraged as well as disgraced! GIVE RESPECT & GET SERVED WITH RESPECT!!"
"Been having my chai here ! BUT today the attendant was rude and disrespected to my client and I lost it! She ordered something paid with her own money but the attendant was asking me infront of her which flavour muffin she wants and if she needs eat in or take away ? Hello ! She has a voice and she is standing beside me, ask her that question! Disability is not Inability! Get some training please thanks."
