"Joseph Palamara scammed me out of $3950. He took advantage of my trust and abused my knowledge. I received no outcome from him because at the last step he demanded another $4000 which doubled what he quoted. I was experiencing financial hardship and had no choice but to withdraw from his services. I later wrote to him expressing my concerns and I asked if he wanted to provide a resolution , he declined. Please BE AWARE of this disgusting person and avoid him at all costs."
