"Worst customer service and the biggest rip off company.. Bought a vacuum about a year ago and went it stopped working. I went to get it fixed and they asked me for more money because apparently those parts are not covered under insurance. Also the service was the worst and very rude people working inside.."

"Purchased a Roborock S7 ultra 6 months ago with 10 year bi-yearly service. The roller in the vacuum was making extreme noise so we left that note when leaving it for service. Instead of offering a replacement of under warranty fault, they sent the vaccum over to Roborock store in Sydney. Vaccum dropped off on 9thMay finally after 4 phone calls reached the Sydney repair facility on 29th May. I tried calling multiple times for an update but customer service is exceptionally poor- esp. Shauna I store on 1st June who basically was telling me off that 3rd party repair takes long.. I asked her if she could check on my behalf to which she said email response take long. Anyway, I called Roborock service centre myself and have requested for status update. Please buy your goods from a store like good guys which straight away offers to replace items if found faulty. It is 4weeks already.. n don’t know how much longer."

"Terrible service of our vacuum, damaged the unit and forgot to replace parts paid for. Very poor customer service and communication after nearly 3 weeks of issues. Took our Dyson stick vacuum for a repair and service. Initially the first store representative was very lovely and assured us we would have the vacuum back in one to two days. Several days later I rang as we hadn't heard anything. At this time I was told they were waiting on a part and couldn't tell me when it would be in. I waited another week and then got told the same, waiting on a roller head. Then after 2 weeks finally someone in store rang Dyson and the part arrived the next day and the vacuum was repaired and returned. As soon as we got it home I noticed it had been badly damaged and the filter hadn't been replaced (which we had paid for). I rang the store first thing the next day as they had closed, the team member told me to bring it back in, that they hadn't replaced the filter but couldn't tell me why. My husband went in store today and the team member was not receptive to any feedback and denied any damage, blaming us that we must have dropped it, that they never make mistakes (despite mistakenly not replacing the filter). The damage affects the vacuum's suction, it looks like either its been dropped or tools have been used to pry the canister open and in doing so, bent/snapped plastic and damged the rubber seal. The vacuum also doesn't look to have been properly cleaned as a part of the service. The filter light was still on and my husband cleaned out a heap of dust and grime tonight which surely should have been done as a part of the service. Definitely do not recommend Godfreys Cranbourne for any repair or service of vacuums."

"My experience with this store was far from good. When I purchased my VAC cordless I was told they had plenty of spare parts if I was to have an issue and this was In August. Today I went in to the store as my vac won’t charge. The salesman tested the charger and it was fine so next was the battery and low and behold it was stuffed . I would have expected and new battery on the spot but I was told because it’s a warranty issue it will take 8 yes 8 weeks . We established it was definitely the battery and they had plenty of new units sitting there so there was no reason why he couldn’t give me one from there . This is the total lack of customer service. I don’t know if all godfreys stores are the same but this one is definitely not worth buying anything from .So please be careful what they tell you as it’s all a con to sell a product.I will never buy from Cranbourne again.Totally unhelpful"
