"i visited this store last week, i wasn’t going to write anything, but im still thinking about it days later, but this team member named michael made me feel so uncomfortable and made really inappropriate comments, being an older male talking to a younger female made me feel shocked that someone can allow themselves to talk to someone else like that especially being in a customer service roll. they should know better."

"Today I tried to return or exchange a pair of Track pants that I purchased 30 days ago that had only been worn & washed once. The pants were covered in fluff from the inside that evidently I should have known that happens when you buy cheaper brand fleecy lined pants. I had no idea that I had to wash the pants first and also expect that the fluff would keep coming off for at least another 3 or so washes, there was no washing instruction on the label to indicate that at all. I was told by the Manager "Linda" that everyone knows about this problem yet when I asked why there wasn't sign in the area of sale stating this fact to at least warn Dum men like me she just looked at me and said there is nothing wrong with these pants and that was that! Wow apart from being completely humiliated in front of half a dozen woman at the counter Linda's attitude was very rude and belittling, I have shopped at this store for years but I will never return! Thanks for looking after your customers so well, I did see many reviews that appreciate the staff care and I did too up to this point. Oh by the way they only cost $13.99 but are now in the bin because they were even to bad for the Op shop."

"The old guy at reception was so rude. also they didn't do refund policy, bought pillow unfortunately the size was wrong, but they didn't exchange it, they said we can't exchange that due to health and safety issue.but before to bought it they mentioned we could be replace."

"I've been to around five or six different Harris Scarfe stores over the last few years, and its almost as if each store specialises in one specific area. For example, I would say the Knox store is brilliant for all your kitchen & homeware needs, the Forest Hill store is more about clothing, but because I was only in & out with a quick visit for Cranbourne, I don't know what the specialty is there. It seemed like the kitchenware section had been visited by the 'don't care' crowd as it could have benefited from a tidy-up, that's for sure."

"I went for a new pillow today and I had seen they had a sale. I spent a lot of time looking around, I love that this shop is not crowded and the pillows were all at arms reach, with easily seen prices as well. I was almost done, but I needed a second opinion and I’m so glad Chelsea came to the rescue and was so approachable and knew exactly what I wanted and needed. I haven’t tried my pillow yet, but I just wanted to say how lovely this team member was."
