"Visited in evening to do customer phone order pick up. Staff could not locate item 'on hold' but used initative to just source another one....lucky they had stock! The store is s bit tricky to locate in a shopping centre currently under renovation but easy to navigate once in."
"JB Hi-Fi is inside the Camberwell Place Shopping Centre on the lowest level all by itself. Easiest access is via the underground car park, especially if you are buying larger items. Normal range of products, well laid out and brightly lit with clear price labels. Sales people were there without being a nuisance, letting us browse the items we were interested in. It's worth haggling a bit and definetly worth price checking with competitors as they'll price match."
