"Took my Dyson Stick vacuum which I had ordered a battery on line after fitting it I realised it was not the battery. Straight away they picked up the problem, organised a refund for the battery and had my vacuum ready and fixed in 3 hours. Great service, highly recommend"
"March 2023 I had issues with my V11 in March this year and I was using the Dyson messenger to communicate with Dyson Care Team. They said I will be sent a replacement as it was still under warranty with a newer model after troubleshooting. This was also confirmed with a text sent to my phone. But Dyson seemed to be having some serious communication issues within their departments and this caused a lot of delays. June 2023 I messaged them via messenger again and this time I was told that I have to return my V11 first to receive my new machine. I wasn't told about this before and I was already delayed 2 months now. However Dyson messaged me on messenger to propose for me to go to Dyson Service Centre Camberwell in Melbourne to return my vacuum and pick up the new vacuum on the spot. Bad idea! It took me an hour to drive there and waited in the queue for about 30 minutes. When I was finally served, a lady said she can't do the exchange as the team leader denied it. I showed her all the messages on my messenger with Dyson and she said she couldn't do anything. I requested to see the team leader. Candice was the team leader that day. She approached the desk in a very cold manner and did even bother to greet or say hello. She just looked at me as if I was in the wrong. I told her that I drove all the way here as I was told that I could do the exchange according to Dyson Care Team. She looked at me and asked me in a rude manner "Why are we upgrading your vacuum?!" I was really shocked to be treated this way and I calmed myself down and showed her the messages. She took my phone and she still seemed very unconvinced. She kept reading it a few times and she made me feel like a liar. She said "we have already given a feedback to them" referring to Dyson Care Team after she realised that I was right all along and didn't even bother apologising. She went back into the service centre and came out with a box after 15 minutes. She asked me to replace the filter and tried to return my V11. I told her that I am not taking it back and wanted it to be replaced. She said she'd get the technicians to check it. Candice's behaviour was really appalling and very rude in dealing with customers. Is Candice the owner of the Dyson Service Centre or is she trying to act like one? I've had numerous Dysons in the past and absolutely love their products and have recommended friends and families to purchase them too. They're also very satisfied with Dyson and their after sales service. But my experience with the Dyson Service Centre Camberwell was very disappointing, especially with the particular staff Candice. I read other reviews and she was 'highlighted' there too for her rude behaviour. July 2023 My case took almost 5 months to resolve with the Dyson Care Team. PS: Owner - I hope you take some time to read this review and not to send an auto-reply in response. Thanks."
"I phoned as I needed a minor small part for my vacuum cleaner turbine head. I wasn’t sure if it was available or if I would have to replace the whole turbine head at cost of $135. Kate was very helpful. She checked and found that the part I needed was available at a cost of $3.75. She also registered my vacuum cleaner. Kate was very helpful and gave great customer service. Dyson is a great product and it’s great to know that their customer service is also great. Didn’t have to wait on hold for long before my call was answered. Thanks Dyson."
"Staff member was pleasant but unhelpful. The two tiny wheels on the bottom of my hard floor attachment were jammed. Dyson sold me two more but said there were no instructions as to how to change them. "just get something sharp and lever them out" Now the area that houses the wheels is broken because of the lever action. Surely if you buy a product for this much money there is a way to service it. Love the vacuum cleaner but won't be buying another one."
