"I had to cancel an appointment with Shona due to a mandatory covid vaccination that I had to get. I was told that because I cancelled the session, that I now had to go and find another psychologist. This is absolutely ridiculous. I would have been more then happy to still pay for my session that I missed, but I was told that I was no longer welcome ? Who ever reads this I hope you don't bother going here . They seem to care more about the money then about your well-being . I am very upset with the service that was provided"

"Attended one appointment with Shona and unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience at all. I was spoken at and essentially shut down in what I was trying to discuss. There was no assistance or discussing how things make me feel or coping mechanisms for the issues I am currently facing & have faced my whole life…just being told what to do and I ultimately felt extremely dismissed. I have cancelled my follow up appointment and won’t be back. A complete waste of money."

"Waiting time has been ok in my experience but when I've asked for an experienced Doctor (you know, someone with a little grey in their hair or a few wrinkles on their face) for really important issues and I get blokes in their 20's who only end up telling me nothing a referring me to someone else. I ended up not going to the referral and tried the therapy I originally thought was best and sorted it out myself. They have both good and poor doctors here so when you find a good one stick with them. Dr Derrik Ha is young but seems both competent and pleasant to deal with."
