"Amazing service. Walked in off the street after just moving to the area. From the receptionist to the nurse and doctor very friendly polite fast response. Have no hesitation in recommending the doctor surgery. Will be using the surgery again."

"Can't give a zero otherwise I would... Went there a few times, once for myself and my son both of us with an earache, doc said it's only an inflammation will go away on its own, went for a second opinion and it was an ear infection, had to do 2 cycles of antibiotics for both of us. Another time went to Dr Malloy and I cannot describe the rudeness... Felt descriminated against, just redicolous won't be going back ever again."

"If you have anything other than a simple cold or flu, don't bother. Been coming to update my vaccinations and had to be told by the nurse that one of the vaccination I paid for was government funded. Luckily she stopped me before I went to buy another. Doctor didn't apologise or acknowledge his mistake, just ignored. The one good thing was how well informed and experience the nurse was, but they've since changed it to an incompetent nurse who is rude and doesn't sanitise your arm before administrating the vaccine. Won't be going back."

"Not much nice to say about this doctors clinic, they advertise that they accept walk-ins however on many occasions I have attempted to take my children the doctor had already left(at 2pm I might add). They refused to see my daughter for a walk in even though it was a follow from an appointment earlier in the week. The staff at reception are very cold and unwelcoming. Very difficult to facilitate an appointment with the nurse as they constantly leave early. Terrible experience, won't be going back!"

"I have been extremely happy with Dr Royhan. I could not express my satisfaction enough. He is very thorough and makes sure he looks into everything. He is kind and caring and exactly what you would want in a doctor. I am very happy that we have a wonderful professional local doctor that cares about the community and our health. I have found the service when booking to be exceptional. The front desk staff are always professional and prompt. I have never found them to be rude or rushed even when they are so busy they manage themselves very well. I have also had a wonderful experience with the nurse there. She has helped me many times over the phone and also in person. I am very thankful to such a wonderful team at doctors if cranbourne."
