At Mountain Gate Medical Centre, we offer both bulk billing and private billing options. Patients without a Medicare card or concession cards are required to pay full fees. Additionally, if you are unable to make an in-person appointment, we provide the option of telehealth consultations to ensure your healthcare needs are met.
For your convenience, there are three ways to book an appointment at our centre. In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we are proud to offer COVID-19 vaccines at our clinic. To book an appointment for vaccination, please visit our website, use the HotDoc app, or call our reception team before your visit.
In addition to our comprehensive medical services, we also provide anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers in a safe and supportive environment. To ensure your safety and satisfaction, all patients undergo an extensive assessment before receiving any treatment.
Our clinic operates from Monday to Friday, with extended hours until 7:00pm for your convenience. We are also open on Saturdays from 9:00am to 1:30pm. Please note that we are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

"Lived in Ferntree gully for over 30 years tried to get an appointment at short notice. The receptionist was just plain curt short and uninterested, zero customer experience. All l got was in a totally uninterested tone was “No can’t help you today your a new patient”. Didn’t even offer anything, another day or appointment time. Bad introduction to a longtime local. You seriously need to do something about her rudeness."
"Awful experience and very uppity staff who have obviously never known what hardship is (or have very short memories). Turned up 8 mins late for a 15 minute appointment to be told that as of NEXT month appointments were only going to be 10 mins and that the Doctor didn't want to see me, and suggested I find a new clinic! I also know these comments from 'the doctor' were from the Doctor that owns the clinic. What an outright disgrace but what an awesome position to be in to turn away sales in 2022!! :) More power to them but do not recommend at all. (To be fair I should add I never turned up the last 2 appointments as I was in hospital, which was communicated, but obviously ignored)."
