"I had my eyebrows microbladed by Zar. I was recommended to her by a friend in Sydney. I live on the Central Coast. It takes months to get an appointment with her which was fine, I happily waited and was excited to finally get them done in Feb 2022. I paid $950 for her to do them with a free retouch included. When finishing my appointment Zar asked if happy? and whilst I was looking at them in the mirror she said we can fix anything in your retouch appointment and just to get use to the shape for now. I agreed, and at the counter asked to book the retouch appt. She said Adrianna will be in touch to book it in. 4 weeks later Adrianna msg a RETOUCH REMINDER at 9:45pm. Saying appointments should be booked within 3 weeks of Zar’s appt and they are now taking bookings for May/June. We can also add you to the cancellation list if we are fully booked past your 3 month expiry. I replied back 5 weeks later for the retouch booking that I initially wanted to lock in at the counter due to Zar and I both having hectic work schedules. Adrianna replied with ‘she’s sorry but all of our retouch appt should be made within 2 weeks of the initial appt’ and that the appt needs to be done within 3 mths. This was her first point of contact with Zar’s availabilty that was already 3 to 4 mths past my initial appt. Adrianna added me to a cancelation list which she contacted me a few times within the 3 month period. Now 6 months done the track they can offer a colourboost appointment charged at $595. I’m very disappointed with the booking process and missing out on a retouch that was included in my initial price. The appointments aren’t cheap and it was clear a retouch was needed and it would have been efficient to take my retouch booking at the counter face to face when we could both look at our schedules and lock it in, not via text msg late at night 1 month later. Alternatively, I will now go to a local artist on the Central Coast to have Zar’s work touched up. Very disappointing given the reputation and paying the extra $400 to have it done with Zar directly."
