"I have been having my hair cut and coloured by Leonard and his team for around 10 years. I started going to Leonard because of a recommendation and I have never regretted it. My hair has never looked better and I regularly receive compliments about the style and colour. Leonard always take time to discuss my style and colour at each visit to ensure we are on the same page about what I am looking for. This is the same approach I have seen him adopt with other customers. It has always been clear to me that Leonard's first priority is that each customer leaves his salon satisfied. What's more Leonard is a great guy and I always enjoy our conversations. My husband also has his hair cut by Leonard and he feels the same way. My husband's work colleague has been having her hair done by Leonard for over 20 years and she always speaks very highly of him. I therefore feel compelled to address the recent negative review posted by "Karin". So foreign was her alleged experience to my own and what I have observed, that at first I thought she was referring to an entirely different salon. If it were not for the fact she named Leonard and another team member Luke I would have thought she was mistaken. Given that Luke has not worked with Leonard for around 4 years, her alleged experience can hardly be considered recent. Can a review posted so many years after the event be considered reliable? I don't think so. If you want a great haircut and colour with good conversation I thoroughly recommend Leonard."
