"A waste of time! - I'd give zero stars if I could! Being Covid positive there isn't a huge amount of places you can go to see a GP, really it's just the Respiratory clinics which are on the government website. I booked an appointment online, and drove the 30mins to the clinic (feeling pretty unwell but wanted to avoid hospital) eventually found a parking spot and walked into the clinic only be be told that there was no Dr on-sight and they were only doing PCR tests. Why allow people to book a Dr appointment when you don't have Drs?? It took numerous phone calls to other clinics to finally get an appointment with a Dr, two days later."

"Booked appointment online using their own software, when I called to confirm Covid protocol before the appointment I was told there would be no doctor at the clinic for 2 days and that they had cancelled my appointment, just never told me about it. Probably shouldn’t list yourselves as a respiratory clinic let alone have bookings available if you don’t even have a doctor."

"very inconsiderate people, was on the phone for an hour and booked an appointment with Dr Rana, only to be called out the next day that my appointment is cancelled, no explanation given whatsoever, highly unethical and inconsiderate staffs. You guys should go back to the first stages of how to talk to people properly and communicate - sorry is not a fix for everything - please learn to be a little human minded; not a lot - just a little!"

"The ultimate experience and diagnosis by Dr. Sunair whenever we visit this clinic and we (the whole family) decided to make him our family doctor. I always received great care and detailed examination. Highly recommended. The clinic is just in front of the Chemist Warehouse. Very convenient to get medicine."

"The doctors here are utterly hopeless and avoid physical examinations. All they are after is their commission to write prescriptions and referrals onto specialists. Definitely not up to the normal Tristar standards of respectful listening and diligence. If you are just after some pills to fix your issues - highly recommended. The only good side is their reception staff are all very helpful and friendly."
