"My daughter was admitted to the Emergency department last night due to gallstones was seen by nurse all most straight away and not long after Doctor, I was absolutely amazed everything happened so quickly blood test done. And nurse later came back with coffees and sandwichs for me and my wife I was absolutely delighted with the service of nurses and doctors, well done to team leaders 5 stars all the way."
"Complete waste of time. It shouldn't be called emergency department. I have been waiting in the waiting area for 6 hours and they keep saying that you are next for 2 hours. I would give it zero star if it was possible. The staffs are rude and unhelpful. THIS PLACE HAS TO BE SHUT DOWN."
"i took my bf here at 2am on a tuesday. it’s now 7am wednesday and we still haven’t been seen or even triaged. there’s one other person in the waiting room yet we have been waiting hours. upon arrival one of the nurses was extremely rude and spoke down to my bf and i. There is no tv, loud buzzing and no proper food offering organic nuts. We have both been to other hospitals such as frankston which was efficient and great staff. but right now i have never been so disappointed. we are leaving without treatment."
"I was admitted to the emergency ward yesterday. The admission was efficient and I got to see the nurse immediately as I was in severe and acute abdominal pain. Urine and blood samples were taken and for initial assessment. The emergency doctor in attendance suspected that I may have kidney stones. I had to be on pain killer (morphine) due to the excruciating pain. Not to long after pain management control I was cat scan. The result confirmed kidney stone. I had to take oral painkillers to control the pain. The stone is at the urinary duct and likely discharge in a few days. With pain killers and referral, I was allowed to be discharged. I was truly blessed to have the immediate services by everyone working in the emergency ward from admission, nurses, general workers, cat scan technician and the night doctor on duty. Thank you so much."
