"I brought my shoes in at 3:45pm to get heels on dress shoe fixed. He told me it would be ready in 30 minutes but when I went back he said not ready yet at least another 30 minutes, to which I asked what time he closed and he said 7pm. I told him I’d come back before then to pick up. My wife specifically said if he will close at 7pm and not earlier and he said don’t worry I’m here till 7. I went back at 6:15 and he was closed. I needed these shoes for work the next do I had yo get ma agent ti help get the shoes which took over an hour only to get them back with nails still sticking out. Very bad job and very unprofessional"
"Had to keep coming back 4 times since the counter was unattended at 4pm, 4.30pm, 4.45pm and 5.5pm. He didnt come back on time though so I had to wait for another 5 mins at last. If you want to keep your business please be responsible with time. And DONT leave your counter unattended mor than an hour."
