"Doesnt even deserve one star. Not being racist but i had a Indian answer the phone upon getting there before 8pm needing a PCR Test as advised by the doctor with referral. I got there called and said sorry we so busy under staffed. There was literally no one no one at all waiting the only people who was there was the staff not wanting to do testing. This is a disgrace to our health system no wonder this country is falling apart. Appaling behaviour. No one was being tested i was the only one waiting. Get your act together get better staff"
"Made a Doctor Assessment appointment for my 4yo who had been unwell with a cough and fevers for 3 days. The doctor was amazing. Very thorough in his assessment. Asked us to return in 2 days if still unwell. Just so amazing to have a doctor do a physical examination. My usual GP is still doing telehealth only appts for patients presenting with cold/flu symptoms, even children. Definitely recommend using this service. Only other option is presenting to an emergency department."
