However, subsequent visits may be bulk-billed by select practitioners, making healthcare more accessible and affordable for our patients. Furthermore, we are proud to offer bulk-billing for all children under the age of 16 and pensioners.

"My partner went in to see Doctor Malhotra for a work related injury and mentioned looking into a diagnosis for ADHD. The doctor was extremely unprofessional and said that people with ADHD do things like cut tails off of animals therefor my partner couldn’t have it. That’s such a harmful stigma to perpetuate and I sincerely hope this hasn’t been said to any confused young people or parents. Doctor Malhotra also would not fill out my partners document to say they were able to return to work for weeks, they had to book in 3 times to get the form filled out and were unable to work all because he refused to fill out this form. Would give 0 stars if I could."
"Really poor care from one the doctors. Didn’t listen to me at all and when I told him I felt like he wasn’t listening he jumped on the defensive and was very rude, rolling his eyes at me. He also listed off all this things that not only did I not say but also wasn’t true (eg- don’t have pets/no recent travel- I have 4 pets and have traveled recently!)"
"My wife went here with our 6 month old, the doctor she saw was very dismissive of her concerns and showed a lack of empathy, only interested in reminding her that he is a specialist in the field. We will not be returning"
"Edited this to say that my partner went to this clinic for over 30 years and had a fall in november, Dr Wallace and Dr Tay both denied her several requests for an xray. Changed Doctors and found she had a severe fracture to her vertebra T12 and had lost 80% of the vertebra due to no early treatment. So angry at these Drs. This clinic has only older male GPs, they cannot seem to keep any female doctors which is suspicious as to the atmosphere behind closed doors. I can only imagine how "team meetings" would be for a young female doctor. Time for some of these doctors to retire perhaps and let the young ones bring some fresh air into the place."
"I have always found the doctors and reception staff very caring and professional. Even on extremely busy days they will always try to fit you in to see your doctor. When my children have been sick they always make them a high priority. Recently my son was very ill and was under the care of two lovely caring doctors who followed up to make sure he was okay after been referred to Monash Medical centre. Our family would highly recommend this clinic for outstanding health care."
