"The reception staff are absolutely horrible I was banned and told to find another clinic because I forgot about 2 appointments due to being in St.vincents hospital and mental health conditions. They were far from understanding and im discussed that doctors there were more than happy to prescribe valiums but wouldn't help me find psychiatric help, or find another practise that does mirena removal it was too much apparently. Careful not to die and miss an appointment!!"

"Dr Igor is unbelievably good, one of the very best GP's I've ever seen. The practice manager though has an unbelievably poor attitude, probably the rudest person I've ever come across at a doctors surgery from Perth to Thursday Island, just a disgraceful person."

"So frustrating. Made an appointment for a face to face consult. Called on a Wednesday for a Saturday appt. Explained that I have a cough, etc. They said no problem, I'll need to wait in the car for the doc to come see me. All good. Then they call me 30 mins before the appt on Saturday saying the doctor is refusing to see anyone with Covid symptoms. I explain the conversation but they don't budge. Refuse to see me even over Telehealth. I understand they need to be careful when it comes to Covid, but get your processes straight. If they had been upfront with me from the start I would've found somewhere else. Now it's Saturday, and all she can say is "Sorry, you shouldn't have been told that". I wasn't going to leave a review about it because I thought it was a one off but now the exact same thing has happened to a friend. Get it together. People are sick and need help, not the run around."
