"I attended this clinic approximately the 3rd January and a Dr.V.Le addressed me. I had previously attended this doctor on 2 previous occasions for a persistent cough and sinus feeling (that began mid November). On the 1st occasion he sent me on my way and said "just take cold & Flu tablets", of which id already been doing and request I come back in a few days if this did not clear up. i returned to then be given a script for anti biotics of which did not rectify the illness; I then returned and I was asked why I was there and i indicated that it was for what id seen him for the previous 2 occasions and he suggested i try the cough and cold tablets again; I replied seriously, and this supposed Dr then proceeded to ask,"What do you want for it ?' ALARMING !!! This person should not be practicing; And I vented my frustration. I have since been to the new practice situated at the corner of Greens Road and Chapel Road Keysborough and was seen to straight away; Dr. sent me for scans and prescribed me steroids/antibiotics; And all on her own assessment of me and what a difference. The latter Dr. obviously had a "CARE" factor and knew what she was doing. As for Dr.Vinh Le, asking a patient what they want makes the mind boggle and know wonder society has people easily getting prescribed drugs!!!! The medical profession, needs to have a serious look at striking this Doctor Vinh Le off!!!! - S.S"
"I had an asthma attack, he called and ambulance provided all my medical details including sending what he had administered to me to the hospital. I had no problem with the hospital being able to get to my file at Dr Vinh Li is competent and thorough with is patients. Thank you Dr Li"
