"Prices are insane, medication options are artificially limited, you don't get to speak to an actual doctor, they don't share scripts with you directly like they're required to. Go elsewhere, the bulk billed appointments are just cover for non-competitive medication prices."

"I chose this clinic because there was no initial fee…however I discovered this was reflected in the level of service. The process was complicated and when I asked for clarification from the staff they were terrible at explaining it. The prescribing doctor didn’t explain it to me well either and when I asked to speak to the clinic senior staff I was ignored. I’ve since gone to another clinic where over the year it is cheaper despite initial fees. Do your homework on other clinics out there as this place makes their money via their pharmacy and ends up more expensive over the year for customers compared to others."
"Despite not having undergoing any treatment with this company I constantly receive emails saying how happy they are that I decided to use them , the main thing they seem to be really concerned with is the dollar , commencing with an online consultation with some doctor , who at first wasn't even sure what the call was for ! , in Melbourne (?) I'm in Newcastle , how an online consultation can determine my condition and how best to treat it is beyond my understanding , then a call to advise they were making up my special "prescription " but I needed to pay for it before they could proceed , big dollars for something that , in their words , is just a trial to see if it works . Avoid this company would be my advice"
"Was so excited to try this clinic as came recommended, but have been very disappointed. Had a 10 minute phone appointment and explained my history of medications and previous anxiety from THC. This was ignored and I was prescribed a blend, which I have since found out should never have happened and is in breach of prescribing regulations based on indications. Given the CBD cost >$265 for something I am not able to use, I'm pretty disappointed. Tried to contact the clinic and have not been able to get through for over a month Would be careful as given the lack of thoroughness and minimal medical history- may not yield optimal results **EDIT** - the clinic was prompt to respond to my comment yet its been over a month and I still haven't heard anything. Would avoid as clearly do not follow through or uphold standards of clinical practice"
