"I went for a Colonoscopy and found the process and staff good HOWEVER my urgent referral to Eastern Health after the procedure was not sent as promised. The call taker person I spoke to at Direct Endoscopy to explain this situation showed zero empathy or care factor and in fact talked over me constantly even after I had explained the urgency of the referral. Rule one: When dealing with peoples health, don’t employ people who have no care factor!"
