"Was great but has gone downhill the past 3 or so years. Cons: You cannot book online outside of opening hours, and if you ring and leave a message they never get back to you. Will be returning to Lilydale Medical or another clinic in the area. Pros: Nurse is friendly and same with the blood test nurse. My GP is good too. Clean but could do with a makeover."
"Been going here for years and was always happy withbreceptiom and doctors but went in today on time for my appointment and had to sit waiting for 45mins. Eventually went in, gp was ridiculously slow, no idea how to use a PC. They used to bulk bill, no sign to tell me they now charge and no discussion from doctor. Got hit for $140. They have now turned into a money printing factory"
"Went here a long time ago and it was always a great place. However today I went in to get some answers, receptionist was kind enough but once I was in the room with the doctor... He had as little idea as I did about what my issue was. And basically blankly stared at me until I decided to leave. Google was more helpful. Did I mention they charged me $140 just for some bloke to stare at me for 3 minutes? Pathetic"
"Not recommended to come here. Waiting time is ridiculous, they can't manage time well. My husband has booked 3 weeks beforehand (to see a doctor you have to book far far away before) and got a schedule but then every time he arrives, there always is about minimum 45 minutes waiting time. Like .. ALWAYS. If you have got too many patients for the day, don't just squeezing people in making other miserable have to wait because of your miscounting."
