"1/2 a star and only because the receptionist was so polite. I have never felt more unheard in my entire life.. seen by a female doctor who could not have made it more obvious that she did not have time for me during my PAID appointment. I went in for a regular cervical cancer screening test & mentioned I had a few other health concerns I needed to run past her and also fill a script. With a blank stare she said “I don’t have time, you need to book another appointment”, I asked if I could quickly run my concerns past her while going through the examination and she said “no, I just said we don’t have time and you’re wasting it”. If I didn’t need that screening I would have walked out. Absolutely disgusting and dismissive behaviour. Mind you, it was only 10 minutes out of my 15 minute appointment and somehow we didn’t have time . Do not recommend this clinic or any of the doctors there."

"I attended the clinic on a Saturday as my current clinic was closed. My son (20months) had a temperature the night before. With a history of ear infections I was concerned so booked in. I was in the waiting area for 20 minutes until the receptionist asked why we booked the appointment. I told her my son had a temperature last night and threw up so I wanted to check he was ok. She mentioned he may need a RAT test but will check with the doctor.. 15 minutes later the doctor calls us in, I presume everything is alright. He stops us at the door and refuses to let us enter the room until I tell him why we booked the appointment. I mentioned the reason. The doctor RUDELY told me we are not permitted to continue with the appointment without a RAT test despite the fact that my 20MONTH OLD has no temperature at that current time. I mentioned I had been waiting for over 30 minutes and no one told me to do this. What a miserable bunch of people. Don’t waste your money on this unprofessional practise. Refusing a mother and her young child for no legitimate reason. Absolutely appalling"

"Personally my experience has been very, very negative. While the receptionists were very lovely, the doctors there were a complete waste of my time. I spent four days, running around and trying to get a medical certificate (I was perfectly happy to be patient and understanding), only for the gp to send me the incorrect one (incorrect dates, so it was useless for my sick pay claim). After I had been trying to get something for *days* while under a time crunch. Ontop of this, the second doctor (I believe Doctor Tan) I saw was rather unprofessional and was constantly googling things during the session, and gave me three random referrals without explaining any of them — causing me days of stress and confusion. He also seemed unable to properly read my x-ray results which led to me wasting two weeks of my time possibly screwing up my healing process due to his lack of actual medical advice."

"Been going to this clinic on and off for a couple of years and have had a problem with Dr Tan and Dr Sudanthi. I’m not the one to leave a negative review how ever this situation sent me. I have had the flu last few days and had a telephone appt with Dr Sudanthi on Friday and she said is symptoms persist to see her in person. Now I booked another telephone consult as I’m not feeling any better however iam too weak to come into the clinic- I haven’t been able to get up for 3 days due to muscle pains and aches. I get a. Call from reception an hour before appt saying doctor refuses to do phone consult and I have to come in after they have already charged me a FEE OF $80. the phone consult lasts usually never over 2mins. Such a ridiculous price. Anyway so I tell reception I would come in if I could but I’m physically not well enough. I said ok book me in with another doctor please, she said no even though I checked the website they had multiple bookings free. Reception is just as negligent as the doctors. No care factor what do ever. Dr Sri is the only doctor that actually cares. I hope this place gets shut down for the medical negligence that they exhibit."

"I have a concession card. Was literally in an out in 5 minutes. Told to take antihistemes for my allergy! I am now in extreme pain, covered in welts and pain. All over my body and will leave scars. Horrible treatment by the Doctor. Receptionists were awesome though. I am now attending elsewhere, will never come back! If only I could add photos! Still in pain, I could have paid seriously disgraceful"
