"I’ve been coming here since 2018 and whilst I’ve had a great experience in the past particularly with Jade and Steph, the last 2 years have been appalling. I’ve held off writing a review but doubt I’ll be giving them another go. I’m Bec, the manager is great but the frequency of staff changing, means I am unable to get a booking with a preferred staff and the constant offers means they are relentlessly booked. And it you’re late by 5mins, you will never hear the end of it but when it happens on their end, it’s ignored. I will say the results have been great so there’s that. But service and staff attitude just isn’t cutting it for me anymore."
