"My experiences with Alphington are very similar to the one star reviews I've been reading. Booked numerous times for an appointment and the first two or three they completely forgot to schedule it, I would show up and they would have no idea who I was or what I was here for. They would then imply that it was my fault. Practitioner recommended an expensive bone scan and after he said he couldn't help me and promised to refer me. I've been waiting on that referral for nearly a month. I've called three times and still no referral, they just say "it's coming". I have had shoulder pain for years and no one can correctly diagnose it, still, it's not as painful as dealing with Alphington."
