"We love Northside. It's true there are long waits for some doctors, but that's because others love them too. I've been going to Northside for most of my adult life and have never had a bad experience. We have our regular doctors but see others if they have better availablity. I've seen Gini, Aurora, Richard, Kelvin, Thai, and Nate."
"I've had to stop going there due to the negative impact their terrible behaviour had on my mental health. Both GP's and receptionists were just so disrespectful. At a time when i was recovering from hospitalisation and a mental health injury? They should know better. But they no longer care about people. Its all about $. I am considering a formal complaint with the health commission regarding the medical negligence and disrespect i was subjected to by gps and those terrible receptionists. And so are other patients. Better to find a clinic where you actually matter and are treated respectfully"
"Great clinic with an incredible team in my experience. Despite stressful circumstances over the last few years with medicare and COVID, the staff go above and beyond for their patients and community. A few of the doctors are particularly great like Dr Asiel Sanchez, Dr Natalia Rode and Dr Ruth McNair."
"I have been coming to Northside Clinic for the better part of 10 years. I have found the reception, nurses and my GP to be the best I've seen in Victoria for LGBTQIA+ and general related issues. I feel very support and have and will continue to highly reccomend this practice."
"I used to love this doctor's clinic. I came across when they first started and I'd never been to a more caring clinic, from the doctor to reception. I've recently started going back and sadly they are now a generic money seeking clinic, with no care. I recently booked an appt in advance as I need to go in every 4 months and 2 months out they cancelled it and sent an email telling me to call and make another appt. When I went in for that standard appt which went over by 5 minutes I was charged $150 for a long consultation. At no point was this communicated by the doctor or reception staff. I now feel like the barcodes they have plastered every where to scan for this and scan for that. We are now just codes 5o give them money. What a shame. Look elsewhere, they just want your money."
