Her therapeutic approach is strength-based, focusing on harnessing an individual's inherent strengths, abilities, and resources to facilitate therapy. With over 10 years of experience working with children, Emma's background as a dancer, teacher, and dance school owner adds a creative and playful element to therapy, especially for our younger clients.

In addition to her clinical work, Emma has conducted research in children's social functioning and the experience of Endometriosis in individuals and their intimate partners. Her research has been published in reputable journals, showcasing her commitment to advancing the field of psychology.
