"I haven’t been a patient here for some time, but upon finding myself close by with not a toilet in sight and being 5 months pregnant I thought it would be a place you could trust to have people’s well-being in mind. As I came in and asked the lovely receptionist to use the bathroom and was granted permission, I was then sadly met by a man who claimed to be the owner of the practise with very little people skills or empathy who told me I wasn’t welcome to use the bathroom as I wasn’t a patient and was very rude and unpleasant in his manner. Regardless of being a pregnant women who found herself stuck in a bad situation and needing the bathroom Dr Floyd Gomes unfortunately was not empathetic of my bladder and acted very intimidating."
