"Dr Chitreddy 5 Stars don't seem enough for this lovely person. I was at my wits end waking up in the middle of the night unable to sleep for extremely itchy face and scalp, washing my hair in the middle of the night to get some relief. Went on for weeks. Saw TWO so called specialists in Albury, complete waste of time just go home and stop using soap they said ..... what a joke and $$$ paid for nothing, might as well as talked to the dog. Didn't know what to do so back to my GP and he referred me to this very kind and compassionate and careing person. So after a 4.5 hour trip down to Essendon and a 3.5 hour trip back to Albury by train ....and 3 Days of prescribed medication my life was back to normal, being able to sleep all night again after months, i was so grateful to her. And that's my story, AND when i rang to make an appointment and told them my story, Bin fitted me in the NEXT day around the train schedule, i couldn't believe it. Thank You doesn't seem enough, does it ... for the relief they gave me ..... May the Lord Bless Them ....."

"Shocking wait times and no heads up from staff when you arrive and check in. I waited for over an hour today. My appointment time was 11:10 am and I was called in at 12:10pm My appointment was booked several weeks ago. Staff didn't inform me when I arrived that they were running late. I finally gave up and asked after waiting for 50 minutes and was told I'm now next in line. They charge well over the Medicare prices so it's not bulk billed. I paid about $140 today for a follow up appointment, the first one was higher. I was hoping a clinic that isn't bulk billing would at least have more reasonable waiting times."

"I have made a Tele health appointment and also confirmed during the day hours before to make sure that the doctor would call the first thing that the reception who answered the phone said was payment. I have noticed that every time I have attended this clinic that this is always there more concern in my health. If I could write them half star or nice style, I would in a review, but unfortunately to write a review I have to put a star. You would have to actually go to experience this bad, not only reception service, but Dr Service unprofessional uncourteous. And really agree with all the one stars that say how did these others do you five stars when I believe that that is all fake stars that the five star ratings have been done just by maybe Staff or friends because I cannot see that this clinic is this good. But I’ll be a good person. Highly recommend you not go here but if you want to experience some really bad service and get charged for it then that’s the place to go. It’s funny how they can charge you for a nice day or a late show, but you cannot charge them for not calling you or not being at the clinic like I’ve read another reviews on here. Put my dinner aside. Put my time aside for this telly health and didn’t even receive a call. That is despicable."

"I have experienced wait times between 1.0 to 1.5 hours on several occasions. I have also attended the clinic only to be notified the Doctor was not in on that day and the appointment had been cancelled. When I raised concerns with Reception staff I feel my complaint was not taken seriously."

"It’s very concerning I’m reading ‘little to no wait’ in the reviews below. This is EXTREMELY untruthful. There is ALWAYS an extreme wait, most of the time 20-30 minutes wait time. The worst part? You never get notified that the doctors are running behind. This is my 5th time having an arguement with reception about not being notified that the doctors are running SO far behind, they just do not care nor understand from the patients perspective. I just gave birth to my third baby, I have 3 children under 3, so waiting in the waiting room for this long before seeing anyone as you can imagine creates so much anxiety. If you’re a mum with children or an anxiety sufferer I highly suggest you avoid this clinic. After 30 minutes of waiting, I left without seeing anyone. I was so embarrassed my children were destroying the waiting area I decided my pain just wasn’t worth it anymore. I’ve been up all night the past 3 nights with SEVERE gall bladder pain and instead of filling up the hospitals, I tried to do the right thing and get seen by a doctor ASAP but you just can’t rely on GP’s anymore. I got a phone consult an hour after my scheduled appointment (imagine I was in the waiting room still!) in which she wrote a referral (phone call recorded for 3 minutes) and I was charged around a $50 out of pocket fee. Isn’t that lovely? The doctors themselves are lovely and fantastic, but the way the clinic is run and reception is awful!"
