"I've been seeing Arthur for years. Haven't needed a Doctor in a long while. I booked an appointment over the phone with a lady, confirm my details etc, wait a week then turn up to the clinic to be told Arthur won't see me. Attending to other members of my family and supposedly asking how I am all the time. Zero integrity. Extremely disappointed, in my opinion avoid this clinic. Find one that care's!!!"
"Myself & my family have been attending this clinic for a number of years & on the whole have received excellent medical care. However, the reception staff in particular Jan, is both extremely rude & unhelpful, which I experienced today whilst trying to make an appointment to see one of the doctors. I am sure this is not the first time they have received negative feedback regarding this member of staff. It’s time she moved on, as she brings the reputation of the clinic down considerably & makes me question whether I wish to continue to be treated in such a poor manner, or move on to another clinic, where they treat their patients with care & respect."
