"all im going to say is, dont come here expecting a great reception, the doctors such as Dr Arash is one of the best ive ever seen. and i keep coming. the receptionists change so often like most clinics ive heard of, ill assume covid fears & BULK bill on its way out. but the medical service side of things at this clinic is 5 star."

"Dr Husseini is a wonderful doctor, so much care & compassion from him, but his receptionists are the worst I have ever dealt with. They are so rude and don't care. I tried to explain to the receptionist my wife was going to run out of her medication and required an appt, her response "oh well, she will have to wait till Monday" I said but she can't wait till Monday can the doctor please do an escript "NO" it's her fault for not making an appointment. We weren't wanting an appointment straight away, the weekend would have been fine, but she continued with a no, not even an offer to speak to the doctor and get back to us. There is not one bit of care or compassion from reception, they don't even bother answering the phone most of the time. I asked the receptionist to get Dr Hosseini to call us regarding an escript and of course that didn't happen. So much for caring about your patients health. I am so over their disrespect and something needs to be done! Staff training is desperately needed in this clinic, as these receptionists will destroy what a lovely doctor has built. As a Business Development and Training Manager in Dental & General Practice, these would have to be the worst receptionists I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with some bad receptionists in my time! If this review was just for Dr Husseini it would be 5 Star as he is amazing but because of his, disrespectful, rude staff, I only gave a 2 and the staff are lucky to get that!"

"5 stars because doctor Arash is one of the best doctors I’ve even seen. But what is going on with the phones. For the last several months there’s only a 20% chance that the phones are attended during opening hours. It’s really frustrating because a couple of the doctors are to be booked via telephone only. So how are we supposed to book? It’s been going on a while now can someone please tell me what’s happening? Thank you"

"Dr Arash is this clinics only saving grace, he is an exceptional doctor and lovely person. This clinic however is absolutely atrocious. No one ever answers the phone when you call, which is especially distressing when no one calls you for the telephone consult you booked, or if you need to rebook or simply confirm a booking with a human being. You also never get those sms's prior to your appointment reminding you of the booking. I just got hung up on by the other doctor who works there who hasn't called me back, and trying to call the clinic currently goes straight to a recorded message even though the clinic is still open. I could only book another appointment for this evening online with them, and so far I've recieved no call even though the booking time has come and gone. I'm now thinking of attending in person to voice my displeasure. If you're thinking of booking an appointment at this clinic, don't. It's not worth the stress and neglect dealing with the clinic, despite how good Dr Arash is."

"One receptionist couldn't speak English despite my speaking slowly and repeating myself several times. She then put on another receptionist who wouldn't identify herself. She greeted me with "what do you want?" I asked politely for her name again to which she replied "what do you want, say it quickly". I told her how rude she was being and she hung up on me. I wonder how many patients they lose with such unprofessional receptionists. Totally uncalled for"
