"I waited 5 months, only to be told they are not taking people with my condition, despite having discussions with me via email for the first two months, saying everything was all good, apart from the wait to be seen. Now I start the process all over again. When I recently rang, they couldn't find me in their system, then told me they sent my referral back to my Doctor without my knowledge just over a month ago.
