"I have been to Siles Health before - and the staff at Williamstown have been nothing but lovely and kind. So for my 3rd pregnancy I’ve booked Siles again, but at Werribee instead. What a shock. The sonographer was honestly just plain rude and extremely insensitive. She said a few specific things to me that should not have been said. I would love to mention it but for privacy reasons I am not going to. I left the appointment angry and upset and utterly disappointed at myself I did not call her out for her statements but even thanked her for her time. If this is the type of behaviour that mums who are coming to their scans are experiencing, then it is just unacceptable. Mr Siles, please review your staff or just hire people who are actually passionate about their jobs. **Edit** - I have been back to do my further ultra sounds and it hasn’t been the same lady. I’ve been lucky to have Megan done my 13 week scan and 20 week scan and she is just the loveliest!!!! If you book at Werribee please ensure you book with Megan to get a good experience."
